Three ways to work together

Transformation consulting

For organizations ready to move from inspiration to changes in behavior, workflow, learning, or operating practice.

Outcome.A series of bounded experiments that create evidence, trust, and scalable direction.

Inspiration has a short half-life

A keynote can change what a room can see. It cannot change what happens on Thursday afternoon in a workflow nobody in the room owns. That gap is where most AI programs quietly stall—not because people resisted, but because nothing about the actual work was ever redesigned.

This is the engagement for organizations past the inspiration stage and willing to change behavior, workflow, learning, or operating practice.

Bounded experiments, not a transformation plan

We do not open with an eighteen-month roadmap. We open by finding the smallest real piece of work where a change would be visible, and running it somewhere the cost of being wrong is low.

Each experiment is designed to produce three things:

  • Evidence — something observed, not asserted.
  • Trust — a team that has now done the thing once.
  • Direction — a clearer read on what should scale and what should not.

Scale follows evidence. That order is the whole method, and it is the part that is genuinely uncomfortable, because it means committing to fewer things earlier and finding out sooner when one of them is wrong.

Where the work usually lands

  • Adoption that has plateaued after a tool rollout
  • Learning and enablement programs measured by completion rather than by change
  • Workflows where AI has been added beside the work instead of into it
  • Teams competent in isolation and misaligned together

Stop training people on AI long enough to build something with them.
